So we finally celebrated our EUA gold last friday. Sorry for the delay in th photos though..

Hope that we can continue striving hard? and sec2s, pls work hard to pass ur accreds! (especially the new ones) Must pass at one go ya? It's not solely for EUA, dont think of it that way. It's for ur uniform too. Of cos, you want a full house uniform right? =)

and..sorry to th 'winners' who lost. Hope th water didnt make you sick. haha. Take care of urself.. We all have less than 2 months before CCA stands down. So do treasure th time left.

Especially sec3s, in time to come you'll become NCOs. Time really flies so fast. I still remember ur first ice breaker. (i called mendi wendy if im not wrong?) You all really changed alot since then but always remember there's room to do better everytime. Brace urselves! it's gonna be tough but im sure u can do it de.

For sec2s, pls try to speak up more! You all are still stuck inside ur cosy shells. (at least tat's wat we feel at times) If you really want to be outstanding, you must be more daring. Nothing is impossible. You can still change, improve, but ultimately it's up to you. Don't give ur sec3s a hard time, kay? Jiayou.. =)

and sec1s, ur still new to the unit. Just do ur best and don't give seniors a hard time ba. Hope by the time you recieve ur lance coporal rank, you'll be more into th unit and get used to the things we do. There's a long way to go....so u must hold on tight.

FDC 2009 squad.
I forgot to mention on th last post..
thanks for all th hardwork put in for FDC.
especially you cadets, when you met up early in school to train on ur own accord.
it's rly nice seeing you all do that. (but pls, wat if ppl faint? own accord aso must let us noe!)

next year must try harder wor.
must get second or champion alrights!
always room for improvement de.
and i trust that you all can do it!
start training now le...(dont give 'HUH' look)
although FDC is over but do maintain ur drills okay. =)

Dear cadets,

we got 3rd in North District! hooray!

okay im sure u all aren't disappointed. at least, ur effort put in were regonised,
and u all were duly rewarded right? =)
cheers for not leaving fairfield with regrets.

finally, FDC has come to an end.
for those people who flunked ur tests due to trainings,
it's high time you should get back on track now.
i know it has been tiring for you all to train long hours since december holidays,
but now is a time to relax abit before ur next event- arts fest.

so, in order to celebrate footdrill com and also our EUA GOLD,
we shall let friday be a celebration party.
and yes, if ur lag, we attained EUA GOLD!
we havent been getting gold for six years le and now finally we have it.
do continue to work hard, and pls pass ur accreds at one go!

we used to take badges seriously. i dont know if u all still feel th same way (sec2s i meant)
maybe becos we were pushing u towards th wrong direction.
badges arent only for EUA,
but it's for ur uniform too. of course you all would want full-house uniform when u all go for HQ events. (just see today for example)

it's self-achievement. it's uniform pride. it's unit pride.
do you noe we always judge a person by th number of badges pinned on their uniforms?
(bet u didnt know that!)
ah, so now you all should know..
make things simple for urself and also ur future ncos. =)

jiayou in all th other things in th future!
make us proud, more importantly make urselves proud.

Hi cadets..

ah, so it's 3 days to FDC already.
i know everyone has been working hard,
so we gotta put in our best and not let any effort go to waste alright?
i have confidence that you all will do your best!

it doesnt matter if we win or lose. as long as we do what we think is right.
pls remember, there's only one FDC 2009.
one chance given to you, better make it right.
i certainly don't hope to see tears of regret.

frankly, we'hv been rather troubled because you all dont seem to be nervous for th past few weeks.
really, we dont want to see the same thing happening again.
(sec3s, you all should know)
but after finding out from a few of you,
we discovered that you all are hiding ur nervousness.
good or bad thing?

haha. actually, im comforted because it shows you all cared.
dont worry too much though, you will remember what to do.
just practise more even at home to perfect ur drills kay?
it's not rly up th th mark yet.

but if you all are willing, it's not impossible.
what a person achieves, isnt only because of how bright th person is,
rather it's how much th person wants to get it.
same goes for each and every one of you.

for those who stayed back today,
do remember what was said and th tips to improve.
im rly glad that you all at least have the responsibility to msg me when ur not coming for training.
and i can see ur commitment too.
keep it up people. =)

i know this is a tough period for you all.
but ur not alone, ur seniors/juniors and even us madms have many tests.
but one thing is for sure,
whatever hardships, we must endure together and face them as a unit.
let no one be left behind.

SERVE ONE ANOTHER! yammmmm seng!
(come to think of it, it's been long since we rly shouted loud for water parade)

alrights. last thing, do take care of yourselves..
drink up and rest well at home too.
